Bala’s lucky escape

Actor Bala escaped from a freak mishap near Ilapally waterfalls in Kerala while shooting for his forthcoming Malayalam film, ‘Ringtone’.

According to reports, the actor was going in a caravan to the shooting spot when the brakes of the vehicle failed. However, the driver acted smartly and brought the caravan to a halt with the help of a tree.

Following this, both the actor and driver escaped with small bruises. There was a huge pit near the tree where the caravan came to a halt, reports claimed.

‘Ringtone’ has Dhanya playing as Bala’s heroine. The film is directed by Ajmal who is also the script writer.
